  • Act as liaison between monitoring agencies, owners, and contractors.
  • Collect, review, and maintain certified payrolls to verify prevailing wage and overtime compliance.
  • Conduct audits of payroll records and site activities, providing clear reports and corrective actions.
  • Manage Section 3 compliance, including certifications, documentation, and tracking requirements.
  • Assist with Section 3 certifications to ensure projects meet required benchmarks
  • Track and report Section 3 and Targeted Section 3 hours to verify compliance with program goals.
  • Maintain and support MWSBE certifications to ensure projects achieve participation goals.
